Since its launch on WordPress in December 2006, Laelaps has acted as Brian's online writing laboratory. It was called one of the "Top 30 Science Blogs" by the London Times. After being part of the vibrant ScienceBlogs.com community from October of 2007 through July of 2010, and WIRED Science from 2010 through November 2012, Laelaps is now hosted at National Geographic's Phenomena where Brian continues to write about evolution, the fossil record, the the quirks of scientific discovery.
